- saute in med sauce pan until brown
- set steak aside & use oil from steak to saute onion garlic celery oregano tomato paste & worshishire sauce
- after 10 mins add steak back into pan
- Cook Zaterans Spanish rice
- serve on plate Rice, Steak & the sauce mixture on top.
