  3. Take a small ball and try frying it. If it breaks apart, the mixture needs more cornflour for binding. Fry all the kofta balls till they are light brown in colour. Keep aside.
  4. For gravy:-For onion and tomato puree heat oil in kadhai and add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute until turn light brown in color.
  5. Add tomato all spices and cook until it starts leaving oil from the edges. Remove and make smooth paste into blender.
  6. In another pan splutter all whole spices. Pour prepared puree, little water, garam masala and cashewnut paste.
  7. Add koftas and serve immediately. Top it it up with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
