  2. Masala will cool down after that take grind and add onion masala and make a paste(don't use water)
  3. Take a kadai Add 1-2 tbsp oil after getting oil get hot add masala paste in it sauté for 7-10 minutes. after that add kashmiri red chilli powder and kanda lasun powder (dry) and mix it well till masala will oil.After that add hot water in masala (depends on you how much gravy u want) add coriander leaves chopped and give a boil for 5 minutes and switch off the flame. Gravy is ready.
  4. Now make Wada: Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil after few minutes add curry leaves and green chilli and garlic paste saute for 3-4 minutes add turmeric powder and boiled potatoes and mashed with masher.add some salt and coriander leaves and some lemon juice and mix it well sauté for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
  5. Now a make a batter: take a bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder and salt make paste like aloo vada we make.
  6. Now keep oil for frying on flame. Make a wada. take a medium size ball of potatoes sabzi and make round and flatten it like cutlets. Deep in gram flour and Deep fry in oil.
  7. Now serving time: Take a plate and one small bowl add hot gravy in bowl and vada (vada add before eating) some onion and sev for granising. U can have like as it is or u can eat with bread also.
