  1. Take a nonstick pan add all spices dry roast.
  2. Take grinder jar add all masala,tamarind pulp,water and oil mix and grind well.Milagai chutney is ready.
  3. Take a bread slices cut wedges and grind well add curd, fenugreek powder,salt,red chilli,water and jaggery powder mix and rise for overnight.
  4. Then next day take a bread batter mix chop onion and hing mix well.
  5. Take a nonstick pan pour oil and spread batter garnish tomato slices and make a uttapam.
  6. Then serve Bread Uttapam and Milagai Podi.
