  23. Prepare 1 Egg plant
  24. Get 3 tablespoon Hung curd

  28. Take 3 Green chillies
  29. Take 1/2 tablespoon Ginger (grated)

  33. Get 1 Cucumber (grated and drained water from it)
  34. Make ready 3 tablespoons Hung Curd
  35. Get 1/2 tablespoon Roasted cumin powder
  36. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Garlic (finely chopped)
  37. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Ginger (finely chopped)
  38. Prepare 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  39. Get To taste Salt
  40. Prepare 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Baba Ghanoush is a creamy, classic Mediterranean eggplant dip that with a touch of sweetness makes a crowd pleaser! This Middle Eastern inspired salad with aromatic grilled chicken breast, avocado, baba ganoush and zesty zhoug dressed with pomegranate vinaigrette. A combination of beef and lamb ground together and served with hummus, salad, rice, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce.

Instructions to make Falafel-Salsa-Baba ghanoush-Tzatziki-Salad:
  1. For Falafel:- Drain all water from the grams and spread on a cloth or paper and allow it to dry completely.
  2. In a grinder, take black gram, capsicum, coriander leaves, ginger and green chillies and grind it coarsely without adding water in it.
  3. Now take this mixture in a bowl, add salt, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander leaves, grated baby corn, coarsely ground peanuts, lemon juice cumin powder, salt, baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies and cornstarch in it and mix everything well.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of cheese and vinegar chillies.
  5. Now take chunks from this mixture stuffed cheese-chilli mixture into and shape it as per your choice.
  6. Coat it well with roasted fox nut powder.
  7. And deep fry them in hot oil till it gets nice golden colour.
  8. For Salsa:- Roast guava slice.
  9. Chopped it finely.
  10. Mix it with sweet chilli sauce.
  11. Your guava salsa is ready.
  12. For Baba ghanoush:- Mark slit in the egg plant.
  13. Stuff 4 garlic cloves and 2 green chilli in the slit and roast it perfectly.
  14. Then allow it cool down a bit and remove it's skin.
  15. Now put it in the blender, add hung curd, peanuts, remaining garlic cloves and chilli, coarsely ground peanuts ginger and coriander leaves in it and blend it into a smooth paste.
  16. Now take it in a bowl, add salt and olive oil in it and mix it well.
  17. For Tzatziki:- In a bowl take water drained grated cucumber, hung curd, roasted cumin powder, finely chopped ginger, garlic and coriander leaves and olive oil in it and mix it well.
  18. Now serve falafel along with salsa, baba ghanoush, tzatziki and salad.
