Prepare all the rotis and place them in a casserole to keep soft. cut the rotis in long flat strips (see pictures for step by step procedure).
  4. Stuffthe strips with prepared mince mutton mixture & seal them with flour paste. prepare all the samosas.
  5. Ready to fry (u can also store them in deep freezer for future use)
  6. Deep fry in batches on medium heat until light golden.
