  5. In another pan heat up estimated 3 cups of oil or if you want it more you can or less. Make sure the oil had enough heat and fried the rolled lumpia.
  6. Cook it until golden brown.You can have light soy sauce add some lemon or ketchup (tomato sauce) mixed it together for the sauce. Or you can choose what you want.

Dab the unrolled corner with egg wash to seal the lumpia. Remove and cool Lumpia over a paper towel covered plate or baking rack. The pork filled lumpia came in first for taste with the ground turkey coming in second. Check the lumpia wrappers for mold before you check out in the grocery store. Experience has taught me that the lumpia wrappers either need to be used almost immediately or frozen for future use as soon as you get them home.
